Gin and tonic with woodruff and orange

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 stalk of woodruff
  • 2 cl gin, milder
  • 4 cl tonic water
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 slice(s) orange(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Let the woodruff dry for 2 hours. Press the stem between your fingers or rub it lightly, then mix it with the gin. Let the mixture steep for about 30 minutes. Then add the ice cubes and the ice-cold gin and tonic and stir. Add a fresh orange slice to the glass.
