Oatmeal with blueberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 200 ml whole milk
  • 100 g Skyr (vanilla flavor)
  • 5 g protein powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 20 g cashew nuts
  • 125 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Place the oats in a cereal bowl, pour over the milk, and mix. Microwave on full power for about 1 minute. Then add the protein powder and skyr and mix. If desired, grind the cashews and add them. I leave them whole. Finally, wash the blueberries and add them on top.
