Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g ginger root
  • 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener
  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 4 slice(s) lemon(s), untreated
  • 1 bottle of sparkling mineral water, well chilled
  • some ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes

simply make it yourself

Peel and finely chop the ginger, place it in a jug, and pour boiling water over it. Add sugar and let it cool. Once it reaches room temperature, add the lemon slices and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Season to taste and add more lemon or sugar, if desired. Pour the concentrate into a glass pitcher with a few ice cubes, fill with mineral water, and serve immediately.
