Ginger Sugar Spice Mix
The perfect ginger sugar spice mix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Refined sugar
- 40 g Grated ginger and small pieces
- 1 tbsp Edible oil tasteless
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
Flavored ginger sugar spice mix:
- Grind the ginger and lemon peel, squeeze out the lemon juice and stir together with the oil and refined sugar to a sugary mass that shouldn’t be too runny. If necessary, sprinkle 1-2 spoons of sugar.
Storage:
- Pour into a screw-top jar and let it steep for at least 3 days and store in it.
Uses:
- Suitable for desserts, sorbets, soufflées, ice cream and for baking.
