Ginger cabbage with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • some red wine
  • 750 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • some soup vegetables, fresh, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 kg white cabbage or savoy cabbage or mixed
  • some soy sauce
  • some chili pepper(s), fresh or dried
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, large

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Warming dish for the cold season.

Brown the minced meat. Add the diced onions and deglaze with wine. Season with salt and pepper, top with the passata, add the soup vegetables, and cook the peeled and diced potatoes. Once the potatoes are tender, add the chopped cabbage. When the cabbage has shrunk but still has a bite, season with chili, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the finely chopped ginger.
