Minced meat pie with puff pastry

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed or just beef
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated section
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

easy and fast

Brush the mushrooms and slice them. Preheat oven to 200°C. Meanwhile, brown the minced meat and add the mushrooms. Fry until the minced meat is cooked through and the mushrooms are soft. Add the crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper, and dried chili. Spread the puff pastry in a 28cm springform pan. Spread the minced meat mixture over the puff pastry. Sprinkle with as much cheese as you like and fold over any excess edges of the puff pastry. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a green salad.
