- 2 eggs
- 15 g ginger
- 180 g powdered sugar
- 180 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, add the egg yolks, ground ginger, powdered sugar, and flour, and mix well. Shape the dough into a roll, cut into 1/2-cm-thick slices, and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for approximately 12-15 minutes.
