Ginger lemonade with rose water

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 limes
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 600 ml mineral water
  • 2 tsp raspberry syrup or blackcurrant syrup
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • n. B. ice cubes
  • possibly mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Juice the limes and combine them with both types of sugar and the ginger in a bowl. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then carefully add the mineral water. Finally, stir in the syrup and rose water. Pour into glasses with ice cubes and garnish with mint, if desired.
