- 100 g ginger root, organic
- 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp honey
- 600 ml apple juice

Wash the ginger and remove any bad bits. Depending on the power of your blender, roughly chop the ginger, including the skin. It’s important to use organic ginger, as the skin of conventional ginger may contain pesticides. Then blend the remaining ingredients with the ginger and strain through a sieve if necessary. You can vary the ingredients according to your taste.
