Ginger spice tea

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cm ginger, fresh
  • 6 carnations
  • 6 peppercorns, black
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s), dried, red
  • 1 liter of water
  • n. B. Honey (raw honey)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a spicy tea that is good on cold days

Finely slice the ginger. Halve the cinnamon stick. Place the ginger and spices in a teapot or heatproof carafe. Boil the water and pour over the spices. Let the tea steep for at least 15 minutes. Then strain the tea into tea glasses and enjoy hot. If you like, add a small teaspoon of raw honey.
