Banana coffee

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g coffee powder
  • 600 ml milk
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brew 4 cups of coffee. Heat the milk. Peel and mash 2 bananas. Mix with the coffee and sweeten with vanilla sugar. Pour into 4 glasses or mugs. Froth the milk and spread it over the banana coffee. Peel the remaining banana and slice it diagonally into strips. Garnish the coffee with them.
