Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 150 g candied, chopped fruit
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 3 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 tsp clove(s) powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g butter, liquid
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine all solid ingredients in a large mixing bowl, seal tightly, and shake vigorously. Combine all liquid ingredients separately and thoroughly. Add the liquid ingredients to the solid ingredients, shake well, and stir thoroughly with a spatula. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes. After baking, spread with glaze and cut into squares.
