- 125 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 300 g flour

- 2 tsp, leveled gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp, leveled orange peel
- 1 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Knead all ingredients together vigorously. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Then roll out the dough, cut out the cookies, and bake at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10-15 minutes. This recipe yields approximately 50 cookies.
