Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • possibly garlic, pressed
  • 2 onions
  • 700 g minced meat
  • 8 Vienna sausages, sliced
  • 1 large can of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 glasses of leccho
  • 1 bottle of ketchup
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder
  • extra crème fraîche
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

simple and delicious

Sauté the onions and garlic, if using, in a little oil in a large pot. First, add the minced meat and brown it. Then add the sausages to the pot. Deglaze with the leccho, ketchup, and drained mushrooms, and top up with water to about 4 liters. Season the soup with the spices and simmer gently for 20-30 minutes. Serve the soup hot with fresh baguette and a dollop of crème fraîche, if desired.
