Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 bag of gingerbread spice
  • 200 g honey
  • 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • possibly icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

ingeniously simple

Combine all ingredients, from butter to cocoa powder, in the mixing bowl. Heat at 70°C/speed 2 for about 5-6 minutes. Let cool. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead for about 2.5 minutes on the kneading setting. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour. Then roll out to a finger-thickness and cut out shapes as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes. If desired, drizzle with icing.
