Gingerbread pineapple from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pineapple, fresh
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice, approx.
  • n. B. coconut blossom sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegan

Peel the pineapple. Cut into rings, removing the core. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with gingerbread spice and, if desired, a little coconut blossom sugar. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness and size. This is a low-calorie vegan dessert. It can also be served with vanilla ice cream, but in this case, it is not vegan.
