Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g flour + 1/2 baking powder
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp gingerbread spice
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 orange(s), grated peel (untreated)
  • 600 g sour cream
  • 1 can apricot(s) or peaches (approx. 850 ml)
  • 1 lemon(s), (untreated) grated peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter and 200 grams of sugar until fluffy. Add the orange and lemon zest, then beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine the flour, baking powder, gingerbread spice, and cornstarch and stir in. Spread the batter into a prepared pan (approx. 30×40 cm) and place the sliced ​​peaches or apricots on top. Prepare the pudding, add the sugar, stir in the sour cream, and spread it on top. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 150°C (300°F) for about 40 minutes. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before slicing.
