Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- ¾ cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 jar plum jam, approx. 350 – 400 g
- 1 bag of gingerbread spice
- 2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
The cup used as a measuring cup holds 250 ml. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer on high speed. Spread everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 170°C (350°F) for approximately 20-30 minutes. Let the cake cool completely and then cover with chocolate icing. Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles and enjoy.
