Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g glass noodles
- Water, boiling
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- ½ head of pointed cabbage, cut into strips
- 4 carrots, sliced
- ½ bunch spring onion(s), sliced into rings
- 2 onions, red
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 can of bamboo shoots
- ½ bottle of sauce (mango sauce or exotic sauce)
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
- Soy sauce, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pour boiling water over the glass noodles and let them swell for about 10 minutes. Slice the red onions into half rings and sauté them with the minced meat. Then remove them from the pan. Sauté the pointed cabbage, bell peppers, carrots, and spring onions and let them cook for about 10 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes shortly before the end of the cooking time. When the vegetables are tender, add the minced meat and glass noodles and season with soy sauce, spices, and mango sauce. Let them simmer for a few minutes.
