Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of glass noodles, approx. 100 g each
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, grate the cucumber with the skin on and season with salt. Crush the garlic clove and mix with the sour cream. Add the glass noodles and season with salt and pepper. The salad tastes best when it’s fully marinated.
