Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g pasta, raw
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- ½ onion(s)
- 2 Vienna sausages
- 40 g mango juice
- 30 g spirit vinegar
- 50 g sunflower oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes
Side salad for the barbecue season
Combine all the dressing ingredients and set aside. Deseed and dice the bell pepper. Cut the onion lengthwise into three pieces, then cut into strips. Slice the Vienna sausages. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Then, combine all the ingredients with the dressing in a bowl and mix well. Plate and serve.
