Gluten-free apple chocolate muffins with marzipan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g Flour, gluten-free, Schär Mix C
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp, heaped cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder, gluten-free
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 90 g butter, soft, lactose-free
  • 250 ml milk, lactose-free
  • 50 g marzipan
  • 2 small apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, add all the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, then add the egg, butter, and milk. Mix everything together. Meanwhile, peel, core, and dice the apples, and cut the marzipan into small pieces. Add the apple pieces and marzipan to the batter and stir everything in with a wooden spoon. Now preheat the oven to 150°C (fan/convection oven). Meanwhile, line a muffin tin with paper liners and divide the batter between the cases. When the oven is ready, bake for 20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack, then enjoy.
