Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g coffee beans, strong roasted
  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 75 g white chocolate with Bourbon vanilla
  • 50 g sugar
  • 80 g mascarpone
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. amaretti, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes

with surprise effect, it is a white coffee ice cream

Combine whole milk, sugar, salt, and coffee beans in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and remove the coffee milk from the stove. Add the white chocolate and melt. Let the mixture sit for a few hours. Then strain it and pour it into a blender. Add the cold mascarpone and cold cream. Blend everything thoroughly and pour it into the ice cream maker. Run the mixture through the ice cream maker for 60 minutes. Optionally, stir in small amaretti biscuits.
