Gluten Free Chocolate Cake for Christmas

The perfect gluten free chocolate cake for christmas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Ground almonds
  • 5 Eggs
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ground cloves
  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Melt the margarine with the dark chocolate and let it cool down.
  2. Beat the egg yolks until foamy and stir in the almonds, baking powder, spices and the cooled chocolate cream. Mix everything well and fold in the egg whites.
  3. Bake at 150 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Let it rest for a few minutes in the oven with the stove switched off, otherwise the good piece will collapse again 🙂
  4. Decorate as desired
