Gluten Free Chocolate Cake for Christmas

- 150 g Ground almonds
- 5 Eggs
- 100 g Margarine
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- Ground cinnamon
- Ground cloves
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Melt the margarine with the dark chocolate and let it cool down.
- Beat the egg yolks until foamy and stir in the almonds, baking powder, spices and the cooled chocolate cream. Mix everything well and fold in the egg whites.
- Bake at 150 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Let it rest for a few minutes in the oven with the stove switched off, otherwise the good piece will collapse again 🙂
- Decorate as desired
