Vegetables Always Healthy
The perfect vegetables always healthy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Stir-fry vegetables
- 1 middle Eggplant fresh
- 2 middle Carrots
- 3 toe Garlic fresh
- 1 medium sized Zucchini
- 2 Cans Pizza tomatoes
Turkey schnitzel
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt and pepper
- 2 Turkey schnitzel
Rice parboiled
- 3 cups Rice
- 6 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder

- Wash vegetables and cut into small cubes.
- Set up a large pan with a little oil, fry the vegetables very lightly on a low heat until they are a little translucent.
- Then add the pizza tomatoes, cover with the lid and simmer on a very low setting, so that the vegetables are still slightly firm to the bite.
Sliced turkey
- Cut the schnitzel into strips to make a slice of meat and sauté in a pan.
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- Mix some of the vegetables with the chopped meat and serve with rice.
- Serve the other part of the vegetables with rice, for me. Since I’m not that much of a meat fan, and now enjoy your meal.
