Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour, gluten-free (cake mix)
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Place the flour, almonds, psyllium husks, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the egg yolks and cold butter. Quickly knead with a flat beater until you have a shortcrust pastry. Shape the dough into a large log, then cut the log into slices. Roll the slices into small sausages and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Be careful not to make them too long, or they will break. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes. Place the tray on a cooling rack and let stand for about 5 minutes. Then roll the treats in powdered sugar and place them back on the cooling rack.
