Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 point Gnocchi
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g spinach
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 30 g Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chop the onions and wash the spinach. Then heat a pot of salted water and cook the gnocchi until they rise to the surface. Meanwhile, heat a pan with a little oil and fry the onions and spinach. Add the low-fat quark. Transfer the finished gnocchi to a baking dish and pour over the spinach, onion, and quark mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.
