Bread rolls without flour

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g powder (protein powder), neutral
  • ¾ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 25 g flaxseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the low-fat curd cheese, eggs, egg white powder, and baking powder. Then fold in the flaxseed. Form the dough into 5-6 small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Do not flatten them. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Note: One roll is usually enough for dinner, so you don’t have to give up bread entirely. Store the remaining rolls in the refrigerator.
