Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g gnocchi
- 500 g minced meat
- 400 g cheese, grated
- 170 g mushrooms, from the can
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 tomato(s)
- 250 cream
- some tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Grease the casserole dish and arrange the gnocchi in it. Brown the minced meat and season lightly. Chop the vegetables. Layer the minced meat, vegetables, and half of the grated cheese in the dish, as desired. Mix the cream with the tomato paste and seasonings and pour over the casserole. Bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius. After about 15-20 minutes, sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the casserole and bake for about 20-30 minutes.
