Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 onions
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 300 g gnocchi
- 4 tomatoes
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tsp sour cream
- basil
- salt and pepper
- Herbs of Provence
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Chop the onions and sauté until translucent. Add the ground beef and a little salt and pepper. Once the ground beef is cooked through, add the tomatoes, tomato paste, grated garlic clove, sour cream, and milk. Season with oregano, Provençal herbs, pepper, and basil. Let it simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Arrange the gnocchi in the baking dish, pour the meat sauce over them, and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25-30 minutes. A simple, quick, and, above all, delicious dish (great for students).
