Gnocchi Casserole with Minced Meat and Vegetables

The perfect gnocchi casserole with minced meat and vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 bag Gnocchis from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 kg. Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Paprika
  • 1 Zuchini
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Bullet Mozzarella
  • 1 bag Grated cheese
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Soy sauce
  1. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Dice the onion and fry with it. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them. Chop the bell pepper and zucchini into small pieces. Add the vegetables to the minced meat and steam with them. Season to taste with salt and pepper and the soy sauce. Add the sour cream and stir well. Season again to taste. Spread the sauce over the gnocchis. Spread the mozzarella in slices on the casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until the cheese has run and is brown. If you like, you can also use a little more cheese. The vegetables can be varied. Also tastes very good with spinach leaves.
