a random creation that has become one of my favorite dishes

Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and garlic if desired, and form into small balls. Pour the pizza sauce into a pot or pan, stir in the cream cheese, season, and simmer the spinach for about 5 minutes at low heat. Add the gnocchi and raw meatballs to the casserole dish, pour the sauce over them, slice the mozzarella, and place on top. Bake in a hot oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, until the mozzarella begins to brown. Tip: This casserole can also be made vegetarian without the minced meat. Note: The “Spicy” pizza sauce can be found on the supermarket shelf where the canned tomatoes are. It consists of diced tomatoes with bell peppers and chili peppers.
