Gnocchi gratin with tomatoes and sage

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • 1 pack of tomatoes (tetrapack), chopped, with herbs
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 1 handful of fresh sage (alternatively a tea bag of sage)
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked gnocchi, let them drain, and toss them in a bowl with the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and sage (chopped fresh ones, of course). Transfer this mixture to a baking dish. Slice the mozzarella and top the casserole with it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) (175°C fan-assisted oven) for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
