Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg gnocchi
- 1 can of corn
- 1 handful of peas
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 tbsp instant broth
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 250 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with corn and peas
Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Heat the coconut cream with the corn and peas. Season the coconut cream with the instant broth and the other spices for a slightly spicy flavor. Finally, stir in the grated cheese. Serve everything together.
