Thai beef salad, easy preparation, taste explosion

Cook the beef in a pan with a little water until cooked through, then turn off the heat. Then add the remaining raw, finely chopped ingredients, mix well, and the salad is ready. Serve warm. It can also be served with rice as a main course, or with side dishes such as long green beans or shredded cabbage, lettuce, or spinach. Tip: Galangal has a less spicy and fruitier flavor than ginger.
