Gnocchi – minced meat – vegetables – casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi (potato gnocchi) from the refrigerated section
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 large can of mushrooms
  • 1 can of tomatoes, in pieces
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs as desired
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, brown the ground beef in a little oil in a large pot. Once the beef is cooked through, add the chopped zucchini over low heat until it softens slightly (but not too soft!). Then add the drained mushrooms and pizza tomatoes. Season with pepper, salt, and herbs. Place the gnocchi in a baking dish and spread the ground beef and vegetable sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 25-30 minutes.
