Gnocchi pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 600 g gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp, heaped cream cheese
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. e.g. herbs, e.g. E.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with leek and mushrooms

Clean the vegetables. Slice the leek and spring onions into rings, and quarter or eighth the mushrooms, depending on their size. Briefly fry everything in a pan with oil, then season with salt and pepper and add the vegetable stock. Add the gnocchi and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi are tender. Then add the cream cheese and herbs, if desired, and stir to combine.
