Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g bacon
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 800 g gnocchi
- 4 tbsp green pesto
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the bacon into short strips and fry in a pan until crispy. Remove from the pan. Wash the leek and slice it into rings. Fry the gnocchi in the bacon fat for about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the leek and fry. Add the pesto and bacon, mix everything together, and heat through. Season to taste.
