Gnocchi pan with green beans and pork

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g green beans
  • 300 g pork schnitzel
  • 600 g gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 slices of breakfast bacon
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • ⅛ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the green beans in boiling water for about 12 minutes. Dice the onion and cut the bacon and meat into strips. Heat the oil in a large pan. Brown the meat, onions, and bacon vigorously for about five minutes. Add the gnocchi and thyme and cook everything for another five minutes. Stir in 1/8 liter of water and the crème fraîche, bring to a boil, and simmer for four to five minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the beans and fold in.
