Gnocchi pan with smoked pork and green beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g smoked pork
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 can green beans
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine
  • 200 ml water
  • 600 g gnocchi, from the refrigerated section

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into cubes. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat. Then add the onions and garlic and fry. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and sauté. Deglaze with water and Cremefine. Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Add the beans and gnocchi to the pan and simmer for a few more minutes.
