Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions (use vegetable broth instead of salt). Drain and let cool. Finely slice the bell pepper and cucumber. Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the garlic. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and fry in the oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Let cool. Season the tomato puree with the spices, add all the other ingredients, and mix. Let the whole thing sit for about an hour, then enjoy.
