Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 200 g shrimp(s)
  • basil, fresh
  • lemon juice
  • Parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the zucchini and fry briefly in oil. Halve the artichokes and fry briefly. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Salt the shrimp, season with a little garlic, and fry briefly. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions and drain. Toss the gnocchi with the vegetables and shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Slice the basil and stir in. Serve garnished with plenty of Parmesan shavings.
