Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tuna steaks
- 150 g couscous
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 3 bell peppers, roasted from the can
- 2 spring onions, green
- 1 can kidney beans, if desired
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves
- 1 bunch of arugula, if desired
- salt and pepper
- rapeseed oil
- ½ lemon(s), the juice

A great summer dish! Hmm…
Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper and fry briefly on each side in a little oil. Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions. Finely dice the remaining ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, rapeseed oil, and lemon juice, and toss with the couscous. Let the couscous salad cool and serve with the tuna.
