Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of gnocchi
- some cocktail tomatoes
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese or feta cheese
- some basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- some tomato paste
- Vegetable broth for seasoning
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
quick, tasty and vegetarian
Finely chop the garlic, shallots, and tomatoes. Meanwhile, fry the gnocchi in a little butter (I like them a little crispy). Then add the garlic and shallots and fry. Add the tomatoes and season with a little tomato paste, broth, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together and fold in some finely chopped basil and the diced feta cheese.
