Gnocchi with Colorful Spring Vegetables

- 500 g Gnocchi
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Zucchini
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 200 g Processed cheese
- 250 g Ham cubes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Dried basil
- Dried oregano
- Dried thyme
- Oil
- Prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
- Peel and dice the onion, clean and dice the peppers, dice the zucchini and sauté everything with the diced ham in a large pan.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices, dice the tomatoes, add to the remaining vegetables and cook until cooked, season everything well with salt, pepper, paprika powder, oregano, thyme and basil.
- Add the pizza tomatoes and the processed cheese and heat until the cheese has melted, drain the gnocchis in a sieve, add to the vegetable pan, mix everything well, heat again vigorously and serve.
