- 300 g red cabbage (apple red cabbage), frozen

Prepare the gnocchi and red cabbage according to the package instructions. Slice the spring onions and dice the eggplant, add them to the red cabbage along with the sweetcorn, and simmer until the eggplant is tender. Finally, heat the gnocchi and peas in the pan, season with herbs and spices, and serve.
