Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g gnocchi
- ½ bulb(s) of onion(s)
- 6 small tomatoes
- 3 tomatoes, dried
- Salt
- pepper
- Basil, fresh
- some olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Slice the onions and fry in the oil. Chop the tomatoes as desired and add them to the pan. Turn off the heat so the fresh tomatoes are only slightly warmed but not overcooked. Add the gnocchi to the pan and season with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
