Carrot-apple water with ginger and lemon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ apple
  • 1 slice(s) lemon(s)
  • 6 slices of carrot
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 700 ml water
  • n. B. ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

Thinly slice the apple, ginger, and carrot. Place the above amounts, along with the lemon, in a carafe or glass bottle. Fill the ingredients with water and let it steep for about 6 hours. Tip: If you don’t have enough time to steep the water, it helps to pour a splash of hot water over the ingredients. Only then pour the remaining water over the ingredients.
