Gnocchi with Peas

- 2 Spring onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 600 g Gnocchi
- 300 g Frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 0,25 teaspoon Instant vegetable broth
- 125 ml Water
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 50 g Grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Clean the spring onions, wash them thoroughly and chop them very finely with the tender greens. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan, sauté the onions with garlic while stirring. Add the gnocchi, fold in. Briefly sauté the peas and parsley.
- Add the stock and 125 ml water and cook covered for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the gnocchi and peas in a baking dish, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C fan oven until the cheese is nice and brown.
