Gnocchi with Peas

  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 600 g Gnocchi
  • 300 g Frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 0,25 teaspoon Instant vegetable broth
  • 125 ml Water
  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 50 g Grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Clean the spring onions, wash them thoroughly and chop them very finely with the tender greens. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan, sauté the onions with garlic while stirring. Add the gnocchi, fold in. Briefly sauté the peas and parsley.
  3. Add the stock and 125 ml water and cook covered for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the gnocchi and peas in a baking dish, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C fan oven until the cheese is nice and brown.
