Gnocchi with snow peas and shrimp

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi (refrigerated section)
  • 500 g sugar snap peas, cleaned
  • 500 g shrimp(s), ready to cook
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • lots of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the gnocchi in salted water until they float to the surface. Sauté the snow peas and shrimp with the spices, the finely chopped chili pepper, and the spring onions (which I cut diagonally) in plenty of olive oil until the shrimp turn a beautiful pink color. Finally, add the garlic cloves and season with lime juice. Sauté for another minute. Plate the gnocchi and shrimp and serve hot with fresh (or freshly baked) ciabatta. Serve with a fresh, chilled rosé wine.
